Berlin Dispute Resolution Days @ lindenpartners

On September 10, 2025, we hosted a side event as part of this year’s Berlin Dispute Resolution Days. Aftera "Berliner breakfast" with views of the Reichstag and Museum Island, a full house gathered for a panel discussion on “Settlement in Arbitration: Dos and Don’ts.” The panel featured Anina Liebkind (Norburg & Scherp, Stockholm), Dr. Philipp K. Wagner (WAGNER Arbitration, Berlin), Dr. Michael Feit (Walder Wyss, Zurich), and Jake Lowther (SCC Arbitration Institute, Stockholm). Daniel Rezania (Norburg & Scherp, Stockholm) skillfully moderated the discussion. Alexander von Rummel and Guido Waßmuth were delighted to welcome such a fantastic turnout as hosts of the event.
