lindenpartners advises the founders of RYSM on the management buy-out of Hirschen Group.

lindenpartners has provided legal advice to Benjamin Minack and Andreas Nickel on the reacquisition of the communications agency RYSM from Hirschen Group.

With the successful management buy-out, RYSM will once again be fully owned and managed by its founders. Founded in Berlin in 2004, the company had been part of Hirschen Group since 2009. Today, RYSM employs around 250 people across six locations in Germany and is one of the country’s leading independent communications agencies.
