20 Years of lindenpartners

This month, lindenpartners celebrates its 20th anniversary, providing an opportunity to look back on the firm’s beginnings.

In a personal message, board member Thomas Asmus reflected on the early days of lindenpartners: ten lawyers moving into an office floor that was far too large, the unique spirit of optimism that defined Berlin in the early 2000s, and the courage to build something of our own.

What began with four founding partners and a total of ten lawyers has since grown into a firm of around 30 lawyers. Much has changed over the years. Yet one thing has remained constant: a shared commitment to continuously questioning and developing the way we work together, our culture, and our organization.

Because corporate culture is never static. It is shaped by dialogue, new perspectives, and the people who bring it to life.

With gratitude for the past twenty years and confidence in the future, lindenpartners celebrates this special milestone and looks ahead to everything that is still to come.
