Lindenpartners Advises Tesvolt on the Sale and Development of Another Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project

Tesvolt is building a BESS in Wittenberg with a storage capacity of 21 MWh and a power output of 6.4 MW. The building permit and grid connection have already been secured. Tesvolt plans to complete construction of the project in June 2027.

lindenpartners provided Tesvolt with comprehensive advice on the conclusion of the SPA and the EPC. The advisory services were provided in close collaboration with the law firm von Bredow Valentin Herz (vBVH), which specializes in energy law and with which lindenpartners regularly cooperates on renewable energy projects.

lindenpartners had previously advised Tesvolt on the development of its largest BESS project to date, with a total capacity of 190 MWh and a total output of 60 MW. In addition, lindenpartners regularly advises on numerous transactions in the energy sector, particularly in the areas of BESS, wind energy, PV, and biogas.
