ERIC ROMBA Partner
Lawyer since 2003
Eric Romba holds a wealth of expertise in the area of banking and capital market law. He offers specialised consultation on the intersection between assets and investment funds. In this context, advising clients on the German Capital Investment Code (KAGB) is one of his key areas of focus.

Alongside his professional passions for investments and supervisory law, he also cultivates a private interest in art. This has led Eric Romba to advise artists, gallery owners and collectors on matters ranging from transactions and tax issues, to questions on the protection of cultural property.
Eric Romba studied in Bonn. He worked in the German Bundestag for a number of years, and as a legal practitioner at the firm GSK Stockmann & Kollegen.
